The Employee Engagement Intern will support the Human Capital division in enhancing employee experience through engaging internal communications, well-coordinated events, and meaningful stakeholder interactions. This temporary position involves administrative, operational, and creative support for various employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about internal communication, event planning, and employee wellbeing. This role will assist in executing campaigns, designing communication materials, managing events, and fostering a vibrant organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Internal Communication Assist with the execution of internal communication plans
• Collate, proofread, and distribute welcome mailers and vacancy mailers
• Manage internal communication mailboxes, including responses and undelivered messages
• Upload and maintain internal content on platforms like SharePoint, Quest, and Momentum Investments sites
• Create, edit, and proof content for newsletters, emails, web, print, and social media
• Support original content creation including blog posts, news stories, interviews, and event coverage

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications
• Public Relations
